Mr. Petr Adamčík, the owner of KR–BA Employment Agency, has been actively involved in shaping the temporary staffing market since 2001, holding various managerial positions. As the Sales and Marketing Director of one of the largest employment agencies in the Czech Republic, he played a key role in establishing the legislative framework regulating the operations of employment agencies.
